Florida PACE(Property Assesed Clean Energy)

The PACE program is a government-funded financing program for individuals to upgrade their homes or businesses with clean energy alternatives. It brings homeowners and businesses together with private sector financiers and contractors to facilitate energy and hurricane hardening imprvements..It is designed to finance 100% of the project cost upfront in the form of a lien on the property.
