Community Solutions 360

Community Solutions 360 is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2000.

We have completed over 100 homes in the Sarasota and Manatee counties, utilizing over 22 million dollars of government funding. Our goal is to develop and build a 75 to 100 unit rental complex for special needs, seniors and veterans.

CS 360 is dedicated to enhancing our communities through local and state partnerships with government funders, lending institutions, other not-for-profit agencies, along with building and trade services.
